Quotes
Prices are agreed before work starts. If we find something during the job that changes the scope, we stop and agree the change with you first.
Access and approvals
You are responsible for giving access to the property and for any approvals only the owner or tenant can request. We help prepare the documents building management usually asks for.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote. Larger projects may be split into stages.
Materials
Materials are as described in the quote. If you supply your own materials, we are not responsible for their quality or suitability.
