Mek-Madin Fitout provides painting & decoration across Dubai for apartments, villas, townhouses, offices and shops. Typical work includes interior walls and ceilings; doors, frames and skirting; and move-in and move-out repaints. Call or WhatsApp +971 52 884 8916, Saturday to Thursday from 8am to 2am. Every job is quoted before work starts.
Our painting services in Dubai cover interior walls and ceilings, doors and trims, feature walls and decorative finishes, and exterior painting for villas and boundary walls. We work in occupied homes, empty properties between tenants, and offices.
A paint job is only as good as the preparation. We fill cracks, sand patches, treat stains and prime bare plaster before the first coat goes on. Skip that, and damp marks, hairline cracks and patchy colour show through within months.

We handle all 12 jobs listed below, and confirm the exact scope with you before work starts.
Most tenancies expect walls returned in good, clean condition. A repaint between tenants is often the quickest way to get a property ready.
These usually come from an old leak, often from AC drains or a bathroom above. The stain needs sealing before repainting, or it bleeds through.
Small cracks appear at joints between gypsum and block, and around door frames. They need filling and taping, not just painting over.
Paint lifts when moisture gets behind it. Find and fix the source first, then scrape, dry and prime.
Strong sun breaks down exterior paint, leaving it chalky and pale. South and west-facing walls fade fastest.
Poor ventilation and humidity grow mould on ceilings. Treating it and using a mould-resistant paint helps.
It runs in 5 steps: Look and quote, protect the space, prepare the surfaces, paint, clean up and check. Each step is confirmed with you before the next one starts, so there are no surprises on price or timing.
We visit or review photos, check the wall condition and agree colours, finishes and rooms.
Furniture is moved or covered, floors are sheeted and sockets, switches and fittings are masked.
Cracks are filled, patches sanded, stains sealed and mould treated. Bare surfaces get a primer.
Usually two coats on walls and ceilings, with clean lines at corners and trims.
We remove protection, clean up and walk through each room with you to touch up any spots.
There is no fixed price list: every job is quoted after we understand it. These 6 factors move the number up or down.

We have worked in Dubai's towers, villas and older blocks since 2021.
You approve the quote first. If the scope changes, we stop and agree it with you.

We tell you what your building or community needs and prepare our part of the paperwork.
Apartment painting is mostly interior walls and ceilings, often between tenancies. Villas need both interior and exterior work. Offices and shops usually want painting done with minimal disruption.
Sun is the main enemy of exterior paint in Dubai. Intense UV fades colours and turns paint chalky, especially on south and west-facing walls. Exterior paints made for hot climates hold colour and flexibility better. Heat also affects application. Paint dries too fast on hot walls, leaving lap marks, so exterior work is best done in the cooler hours.
Inside, humidity and AC create a different problem. Cold, air-conditioned surfaces next to humid air can collect condensation, which leads to mould on bathroom ceilings and around window frames. Leaks from AC drains and bathrooms above leave stains on gypsum ceilings. We seal stains with a stain-blocking primer so they do not bleed through the new coat.
Many villa communities control exterior colours. Developers such as Emaar, Nakheel and others usually publish approved palettes, and painting outside that range may need permission. Check with your community management before choosing an exterior colour. In towers, building management may ask for a notice before painting, and odour-sensitive neighbours appreciate low-odour paints.
Apartment painting is mostly interior walls and ceilings, often between tenancies. Low-odour paints and good protection matter because work is done in a closed space.
Villas need both interior and exterior work. Exterior painting covers walls, parapets and boundary walls, and we check community colour rules first.
Offices and shops usually want painting done with minimal disruption. We can work evenings or weekends where the building allows and paint in sections.
Our crews cover every Dubai community. These district pages explain local building rules and access.

It depends on your tenancy contract and the condition of the walls. Many landlords expect walls returned clean and in the original colour. Small marks can often be touched up. If walls have nail holes or loose fittings, our handyman services can fix those before we paint.
Not on its own. Water stains bleed through ordinary emulsion. We first make sure the leak is fixed, then seal the stain with a stain-blocking primer before painting. If the source is an AC drain, book AC repair and maintenance first so it does not come back.
A washable, anti-mould paint with a sheen finish suits bathrooms and kitchens. It resists moisture and is easy to wipe. Good ventilation matters just as much. If damp is coming through the wall rather than from steam, the cause needs fixing before painting.
Usually not. Most master-planned communities have approved exterior colour palettes. Check with your community management or master developer before choosing, and ask whether a written approval is needed. We can work from the approved colour codes they give you. Interior colours are your choice, though in rentals you may need landlord approval. Our guide to exterior paint for Dubai villas covers this in more detail.
No. We move furniture to the centre of the room and cover it, then put it back afterwards. For large or fragile items, such as pianos, artwork or glass cabinets, tell us in advance so we plan time and protection. Clearing shelves and small ornaments yourself before we arrive makes the job faster.
Yes. Painting is normally the last trade in a renovation. If you are refitting a kitchen or bathroom, our renovation services include painting at the end so the finish is not damaged by other work. We fill and touch up any marks left by other trades before the final coat.
