Our plumbing services in Dubai cover leak detection and repair, blocked drains, water heaters, toilets and cisterns, mixers and taps, low water pressure, and villa pumps and tanks. We work on apartments, villas, offices and shops across the city.
Water damage is the problem we see most. A slow leak behind a vanity or under a shower tray can soak through to the flat below before anyone notices. That is why we look for where the water is coming from, not just where it shows up. A stain on a ceiling is often several metres from the actual leak.

We handle all 11 jobs listed below, and confirm the exact scope with you before work starts.
Bubbling paint, a damp skirting board or a brown ring on the ceiling often means a hidden pipe or waste joint is leaking.
Grease, hair and soap scum build up in kitchen and shower waste pipes. Gurgling usually means air cannot move through the line.
Floor traps dry out in rooms that are not used, letting drain smells back in. A cracked seal on a toilet can do the same.
Scale builds up inside heaters and on the element, cutting hot water and making noises. Rusty water from the hot tap is another warning.
Weak showers can come from clogged aerators, a failing booster pump in a villa or a pressure-reducing valve set too low.
A worn flush valve or fill valve wastes water all day and shows up on your DEWA bill.
It runs in 5 steps: Describe the problem, find the source, agree the fix, repair and test, make good. Each step is confirmed with you before the next one starts, so there are no surprises on price or timing.
Call or WhatsApp +971 52 884 8916 with what you see and photos if you can. If water is actively leaking, shut the main valve to the flat or villa first.
The plumber checks fittings, joints and pressure to locate the leak or blockage. We avoid opening walls unless there is no other way.
We explain the cause and what it will take to fix it, then wait for your go-ahead.
We replace the faulty part or clear the line, then run water and check for drips or slow drainage.
We clean the area and tell you if any tiling, painting or ceiling repair is needed afterwards.
There is no fixed price list: every job is quoted after we understand it. These 5 factors move the number up or down.

Apartment plumbing is mostly concealed behind tiles and false ceilings. Villas have more to go wrong: roof tanks, booster pumps, long pipe runs and outdoor taps. Offices and cafes need washrooms and pantries working during the day.
Dubai's tap water comes mostly from desalination. It is treated, but many homes still see white scale on taps, shower heads and inside water heaters. Water that sits in rooftop and building tanks can add sediment. Over time, this clogs aerators, wears out mixer cartridges and shortens the life of heater elements. Regular descaling and a simple filter on the incoming line help.
In summer, villa roof tanks and exposed pipes heat up so much that the cold tap runs hot. Some owners add insulation or shading to tanks, or use a chiller on the cold line. In winter the issue reverses, and heaters work harder. Both seasons put stress on valves and pumps.
Towers have their own rules. The shared risers, main stacks and building pumps belong to the building, and building management handles them. Everything after your unit's isolation valve is usually the owner's or tenant's job. If a leak is coming from the flat above, contact building management so they can arrange access. In villas, the owner is usually responsible for the whole system, including tanks, pumps and the connection to DEWA's supply.
Apartment plumbing is mostly concealed behind tiles and false ceilings. We focus on finding leaks without unnecessary demolition, and we work with building management when the issue involves shared pipes.
Villas have more to go wrong: roof tanks, booster pumps, long pipe runs and outdoor taps. We service the whole system, including pumps that struggle in summer heat.
Offices and cafes need washrooms and pantries working during the day. We can schedule non-urgent work out of hours and keep downtime short.

If the stain is on your ceiling and your own pipes above it are dry, the source is often the unit above or a shared pipe. Report it to building management, who can arrange access. We can inspect your side to confirm it is not your plumbing, and repair the damage once the source is fixed.
In villas, roof tanks and exposed pipes absorb a lot of heat in summer, so the cold supply arrives warm. Insulating the tank and pipes, or shading them, helps. In some apartments, a faulty mixer valve can also let hot water cross into the cold side. We check which one it is.
Sometimes. Leaks at mixers, waste joints and access panels can often be fixed without opening walls. If a pipe inside the wall is leaking, we may need to remove a few tiles. When that happens, we can arrange floor and wall tiling to replace them neatly.
We fix leaking pipes, valves and drains. If water is getting through the shower tray, grout or tiles into the floor below, the waterproofing layer may have failed. That needs waterproofing services as well, and we will tell you if that is the case.
Most guidance suggests cleaning tanks regularly, because sediment, algae and dust collect over time, especially in hot rooftop tanks. Check with your community or Dubai Municipality guidance for current advice. Our guide on villa water tank cleaning intervals explains what affects the timing. We clean, disinfect and inspect tanks and fix any damaged covers or float valves.
Usually not. Water from a ceiling diffuser is almost always a blocked AC drain or tray. Book AC repair and maintenance for that. If the leak is from a bathroom or a pipe, that is plumbing. Not sure which it is? Send us a photo of where the water appears and whether the AC was running, and we point you to the right service.
